Creation, in Kenya, of a new store used as Italian cafeteria and fast-food. On ground floor we have the production lab and the shop, where: pizza and flat bread with many kinds of condiment are prepared. The higher part is a terrace, where the clients can enjoy the prepared products. From the terrace, a very nice view of the Indian Ocean beach can be observed.
Layout for a company specialized in producing sandwich and wafer biscuits, commissioned and built in Yemen by an Arab investor. The firm’s planimetry is made up by all of the production services, which are at total disposal of both personnel and administration.

Consulting in Serbia with a company for the production of fresh bread and dried products. Raziel has been contacted to initiate an industrial-sized rusks production line. As always, although working with many difficulties the Raziel technicians have been able to start production with exceptional results.
It’s been a great challenge for Raziel to start a 10,000 pieces production line for cassette bread in Africa, but, with the great outcome obtained, it’s been very gratifying. The difficulty had by Raziel when starting production were mainly concentrated on ingredients which were partly unsuited for industrial production. The most troublesome of all raw materials was flour, since, being an imported wheat, is not always of high quality. Being loyal to our principle of intervening only with natural fixers, which is always the Raziel way, we’ve been able to balance the recipe out.
